EaseUS EverySync is a commercial file sync product which can synchronise files and folders locally, on network shares, FTP servers or on popular cloud services (OneDrive, Dropbox, Skydrive).

The program supports one way and bidirectional syncing, but once set up, you don't have to worry about the details: files are synchronised in real time as soon as there are any changes.

EverySync's interface reflects this simplicity. At a minimum, all you have to do is choose the synchronisation type (local/ FTP/ cloud), the source and destination folders. Click "Start Sync" and EverySync takes care of everything else itself.

Even if you browse the settings, you won't find much else. You're able to modify your sync details, decide whether EverySync should launch automatically with Windows or not, but that's about it.
