CustomizerGod is a portable tool which allows you to view, extract and change almost any Windows icon.

Just browsing the various sections gives you an idea of what's possible: Start Button, Charms Bar(on Windows versions that have it), Drive Icons, ZIP Folder Icons, Action Center, Network, Volume, File Explorer Ribbon... If that's not enough, clicking "General Icons" gives you access to hundreds more less specific icons.

Double-clicking any of these displays the icon in each of its available sizes. There's also a separate panel where you can open the icon in a separate program, or export all the selected icons to your chosen folder, ready for re-use elsewhere.

A Change button allows you to replace the selected icon. By default CustomizerGod automatically restarts Explorer, so you should see results right away.

Options to manually close or restart Explorer, and clear the icon cache, may be handy if the program doesn't work as you expect.

CustomizerGod can also take and restore backups by itself, or using SFC, a quick way to restore your original settings if necessary.
