Midnight Inbox is a to do list and task manager. It is based on David Allen's Getting Things Done methodology and has been designed to make it easy to keep on top of your projects by allowing for effective management of emails, tasks, files, references and much more.
Collections can be used to keep together sub-task that are related to a larger project, or to organise larger tasks into categories. As well as being a useful tool for the management of on-going projects, Midnight Inbox can also be used as a store for notes and ideas.
Advanced referencing tools make it easy to refer to flick back and forth between the various components of a particular project, and weekly reviews are actively encouraged to help you to keep on top of your workload.
For the purposes of reviewing and analysis, your completed tasks are archived on a chronological basis - this can prove handy when it comes to invoicing for any work you have done. Every eventuality has been catered for, making Midnight Inbox one of the most comprehensive GTD clients available.
Verdict:
