Most of the improvements in the 2016 edition are reserved for Kaspersky's suites - Internet Security and Total Security - but the program does have improved remote management and reporting via your My Kaspersky account.

Verdict:
There's not much new in this base edition, but so what? Kaspersky Anti-Virus blocks more malware than just about anything else, and that's what matters to us.
