WinOrganizer is a personal information manager that can be used to store note, tasks, appointment, contacts, business cards and password, all in one handy database so a huge amount of information is at your fingertips. Tasks can be grouped by priority or status and notes can be imported from RTF files and customised using rich text formatting.

The program can be configured to sound alarms to warn of up-coming events and the folder structure can be used organised a wide range of different types of data. When creating notes and events, links can be created to other internal reminders, or to external documents and a powerful search function is on hand to help you to find information in a large database.

It is possible to create multiple databases to keep different types of information separate, and each can be password protected for security. The program interface may look a little daunting at first, but scratch beneath the surface and you will find an immensely powerful tool that will save you time and effort.
