The increasingly popular web browser Opera has been updated to version 10.63. while in terms of version numbering this could be seen as a minor update, the latest version of the browser includes a number of important stability and performance enhancements.

Perhaps one of the most important bug fixes to be found in Opera 10.63 plugs a security hole which previously allowed for data theft by bypassing cross domain checks. In a similar vein, security problems that allowed for easier web address spoofing have also been fixed.

Browser stability has also been improved thanks to the fixing of a bug that caused Opera to run at 100% CPU usage as well as a number of issues that had been detected with JavaScript implementation.

Opera is available for Windows, Mac and Linux. There is a mobile version and a mini version of the browser for your smartphone.
